Bonjour, j’ai etais prelever de 29€ pour un renouvelement d’abonnement Xbox game pass que je n’est meme pas je suis aller voir dans mes achat il n’y a rien n’y dans mes abonement donc je suis aller voir sur le windows store et je n’avais pas acces au xbox
game pass donc j’ai contacter ma banque pour bloquer le prelevement donc je souhaite un remboursement

You may want to request a call back from support and speak to someone directly. It's gonna be hard to request a refund if you don't have access to the account making the purchases.

questions, you should get the option to request a callback.
