Bonsoir j'aimerai me faire rembourser un pack de Prey car le jeu ne me plaît pas du tout. Commander via le Microsoft Store en promo et j'aimerai donc un remboursement.

[Translation-

Good evening I would like to be reimbursed a pack of Prey because the game does not please me at all.
Order via the Microsoft Store promo and I would like a refund.]

Hello Zhyprok,

We suggest to request a call back and speak with a support agent.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hey BaptistePicke,

If the game was purchased from a different seller or retailer you would need to go through them to request a refund based on their policies. Microsoft can't refund a game that was not purchase on the Microsoft store. You would need to go back to the point
of purchase or wherever it was where the transaction was made.
