Bonjour,

J'ai acheté un produit par erreur sur le store (je l'ai pris sur PC au lieu de Xbox) y a t'il moyen d'être remboursé ou de remplacer le produit par celui sur Xbox (ils ont tout les deux la même valeur) ?

J'ai déj essayé, d'appeler, j'ai fais la FAQ, j'ai vérifier l'historique de commande, j'ai fait le chat intégré, j'ai même tenté le chat US mais soit ça plante, soit ça m'envoi sur une page avec des questions réponses qui ne servent rien.

Donc si quelqu'un pouvait se charger de mon problème ce serait génial

How can I have a refund if this page isn't available everyday ?

I've tried again last 3 days but this page isn't available at all ...

At this point what you can do is request a refund as an accidental purchase. Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/requestrefund and submit the form as an accidental purchase and make sure to explain the specifics.

You will be contacted within 72 hours.

I think it might just be an issue with Support right now. I tried contacting Support myself yesterday morning and kept getting an error message as well, saying that they could not connect at this time and to try again. I even tried requesting a call back,
as it said the estimated wait time was 2 minutes. I kept requesting this over and over for about 10 minutes, and just kept getting an error message. So, it's very possible that it's just a problem on Xbox's end, in which case I'm sad to say, just keep trying.
Sometimes services go down for a while and then you wait a bit and try again, and poof, they work fine lol. Sorry, I wish I had a quick fix for you. If nothing else is working, I would say just keep trying and fingers crossed that you can contact them soon.
I would also take screenshots or some kind of record that you were trying to contact them, just in case they do tell you that you waited too long to request a refund. Good luck!

But again, when I go on this link, I follow steps and go back to the refund page. I agree with step 1 & 2 and after that, same message : "Sorry, support.xbox.com isn't available right now."
