Remboursement impossible/Can not be refunded!!!!!

Bonjour, je mets ce forum pour demander le remboursement. Parce que ce service xbox n'a plus l'option de remboursement car mes abonnements ont été prélevé automatiquement donc j*e veux récupérer mon argent perdu... Besoin d’aide!

Hello, I put this forum to ask for refund. Because this service xbox no longer has the option of refund because my subscriptions have been levied automatically so I want to recover my lost money ... Need help!

Bonjour, j'aimerais être remboursé de 3 jeux que j'ai acheté récemment mais quand je clique sur le lien "Demander un remboursement" il me met "Un problème est survenu de notre côté".

Je tiens préciser que j'ai déj été remboursé il y a un mois d'un jeu et ça a marché, donc je ne vois pas pourquoi cela ne marche plus !

phone/chat support for further assistance. We aren't able to assist with profile/billing related issues as we're public facing.

Salut. Vous ne pouvez demander un remboursement au support technique Xbox officiel qu'une seule fois.
Assurez-vous que vous êtes certain si ce jeu que vous avez acheté correspond ce que vous souhaitez obtenir un remboursement.
De plus, vous ne pouvez pas le rembourser si vous avez débloqué un exploit pour cela.

Hi. You can only request a refund from official Xbox support once. Make sure that you are certain if this game you bought is what you want a refund. Plus, you cannot refund it if you unlocked an achievement for it.

Thanks for your answer but it's exactly what I've done few times and still the same message : "Sorry, support.xbox.com isn't available right now."

How can I have a refund if this page isn't available everyday ?

I've tried again last 3 days but this page isn't available at all ...
