    Quiero saber como rembolsar una compra que hice por error en microsoft store, e intentado por varios lugares, buscando como mandar tickets pero no encuentro nada; alguna persona bondadosa me podría ayudar?

    After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

    If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call:

    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call



    Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

    Uruguay is not a
    supported country for Xbox Live
    , so Uruguay likely does not have direct customer support for Xbox . What content did you accidentally purchase and what region do you have your Microsoft Store set to? Is this on an Xbox One console or a Windows 10 PC?

    We cannot provide refunds over the forums unfortunately so you will need to contact customer support, which may be difficult because you live in Uruguay. You will need to contact customer support for whatever market your purchased from the Microsoft Store.

    See if you can get a contact option based on the region you have the Xbox support site set to, which needs to be the same region that you have the Microsoft Store set to, which is the market you purchased from.
