    I Was Wondering If It Was Possible To Create An Upgrade Programme If You Are Getting a Remastered Version Of A Game You Already Own?

    So For Example If I Want To Buy:

    Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered - Xbox One

    But I Already Own:

    Ghostbusters: The Video Game - Xbox 360

    There Should Be An Option To Either:

    A.
    Get A Full Refund Of The Xbox 360 Version
    (Also Removing The Digital License)

    B.
    Get The Value Of The Xbox 360 Version Refunded As An Xbox Gift Card
    (Also Removing The Digital License)

    C.
    Get The Refund = Amount As Xbox Rewards Points
    (Also Removing The Digital License)

    Just For Reference:

    Hi BenzoEnzo Mk2,

    Unfortunately this feature doesn't currently exist. I believe that offers such as this will be available for some titles on the next generation of consoles but ultimately it depends on the publisher of the game on whether they charge for a remastered version.

    Unless stated by the developers that you will receive a free upgrade of the remastered version, I would assume you won't receive a free upgrade. There may be more information about this as the release date of the remastered version gets closer.
