I will contact them. Seems therenare endless problems with this game. I am using the same console i always did. I just usually play off the cloud

I don't believe you will be able to get it back unless you play from the console you originally got to rank 63 and tried reading the data off the hard drive to see if that works. But it is probably better to contact dice or ea about the problem and see what
they say.

Try removing profile completely and reload it in save all data before!

It would take a ton of data gathering to find out. Saving then reloading saves to try different outcomes. The only thing I did was make a back up save before the end of the game so I could test out the different endings. But for all of the different strangers
and freaks ugh...that would take ages. I would like to know as well but don't want to shell out $20 for a guide just for that.
