Release of updated game

So I just purchased gta 5 on my series s but I’m seeing info about the release of the next gen gta v on march 16th and that there’s no longer going to be backwards compatibility for it. Does that mean I’m supposed I’m to buy gta again and if so how do I go about contacting whoever to get either a refund or or something?

gta 5 continues to be played on platforms that already exist, only the new version for the new generation will not run on the previous ones because of the hardware, if you want to play this new version you have to buy it.

Most games that is being released now is not working properly when it is placed on disc. The developers are rushing the release of the game before they launch it. That is why they have all these updates going out. If they do not release updates most games
will be unplayable.

if an update was already released for the game BEFORE it was put on GOD then you already have it as the GOD version will be already be updated. however keep in mind that just because a game has bugs in it does not mean an update was released for it.

The update size of games is up to the developer. They improve the game and then send the update to Xbox to release it for the gamers to update their games.
