    Jak mam złożyć reklamację na produkt zakupiony elektronicznie w sklepie Microsoft z poziomu konsoli Xbox one x?

    Zakupiłem grę Project Cars 2 . Niestety gra nie chodzi płynnie na konsoli XBOX ONE X. Często się przycina co uniemożliwia ukończenie wyścigów na innych pozycjach niż ostatnie.

    What troubleshooting have you done to try and correct the issue? Is this the only game that you are having issues with?

    Let us know and maybe we can provide some solutions on the console to improve gameplay.

    Teoretycznie można. Sprawdź czy na pendrive masz wystarczająco dużo miejsca, czy nie jest uszkodzony i czy region zakupionej gry jest taki sam jak konsoli. Jeśli wszystko gra to usuń ściągnięte pliki i spróbuj pobrać grę ponownie.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with game you purchased. Have you made sure you are logged in on the profile that made the purchase. You can check this by going to settings>account>payment & billing>order history. If the purchase
    does show there, try a
    power cycle     on the console. When it is back on, then go to ready to install under my games and apps. Let us know how it goes.
