    Rejoining the Xbox family, many games are gone?


    It's been a while since my 360 was hooked up, but I had a relatively large lineup of 360 digital games. If you look at my achievements, you can see many of the titles I had owned, such as:

    Poker Smash, Mega Man 9, Mega Man 10, Fez, and many more.

    However, when I'm on xbox.com, and I check the "My Games" tab, it shows none of these titles. Did something happen with the licenses or something? I mean, for example I know Marvel vs. Capcom 2 was pulled so that makes sense. But the titles I listed above
    are still for sale, but my account shows no record of owning them? What's going on? Is there something I need to do.

    I keep lagging out of every game i play and party chat every 20 minutes

    Im pretty sure it has nothing to do with my internet.. my xbox is connected directly to my router and its been working perfecctly fine until like last week, i keep lagging out of games and rejoining resseting all my scores, and at the same time lagging out
    of parties and rejoining them.

    Rejoining xbox live

    My xbox live was suspended because of insufficient funds but i put the money needed for the monthly xbox live subscription on monday but everytime i try to connect to xbox live it says i still havnt paid and they still havnt taken the money from my account

    Sorry to hear it. Have you checked your download history? On the console go to Settings>Accounts>Download History.

    If they are not listed there then perhaps the games were originally purchased on a different gamertag.

    I am 100% sure I purchased them under this gamer tag. It's the only gamer tag I have.

    I haven't hooked up the 360 (This all started with me getting an X1), though it's clear I need to. I'm just wondering because I thought this would be kept track of on the xbox site.

    I would honestly just go to this section of the xbox site
    and see the download history, this is going to officially say what you own under this gamertag

    Thanks! That lists everything and shows I own it. I guess I'm confused why they aren't listed other places more clearly, but it shows no concern now. Rejoining the Xbox family, many games are gone? :)

    and see the download history, this is going to officially say what you own under this gamertag
