    Rejoining Ambassador program,


    Hello Xbox,

    I was part of the xbox ambassador program a while back, but after a year or two i have send someone a Message that have been considered offensive.

    My account got suspended for 1 day and i send the person a apology for my behaviour.

    about 2 weeks ago i was looking at the ambassador program and it said my account is no longer eligible.

    This report happened 11 months ago. and i am really sorry for my behaviour but i would really like a chance to rejoin the program.

    is there anything i can do, plaese help.

    i Allready contacted Micrsoft chat wich send me a link to this website.

    I was an Xbox Ambassador, but was removed from the program due to inactivity. How would I go about rejoining the program?

    Rejoining Ambassador program,

    Sorry, but one of the requirements for the ambassador program is that you have no enforcement actions on your account history. There is no way around that.

    Rules for the Ambassador program are still the same. If you received a suspension as an Ambassador, you are not eligible to rejoin.

    Once you receive an enforcement action as an Ambassador, you are banned from the program. You would not be eligible to rejoin.

    If you left on your own and want to rejoin, you would need to email Ambassador staff at xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces.

    If you were banned from the program by staff, you would not be eligible to rejoin.
