    On the 12th March my 6 year old son under age, was playing roblox on xbox, when I noticed an email saying thank you for your purchase, then another so I when upstairs to find he had made 8 unauthorised payments that amounted to £150 I am a single parent of 3 boys, I can not afford this to come out of my account, I requested a refund straight away, they have regected it as it says I've had two many refunds but I have had none. Please check my account, he has only had the xbox since Christmas, I'm so stressed I can't now afford my bills please can refund this payments. I've not had a email informing me so I can't appeal the decision? What do I do?

    I've checked my emails and junk I've not had a reply from them? So nothing to appeal against.

    Just a friendly reminder though that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles refund concerns and they can be reached by replying to the email that was sent by them as a confirmation of your request or through the decision email.

    Kindly check your spam/junk mail or reply to the email that was sent to you when you requested the refund.
