    microsoft wont accept my card details to pay past due payment tried multiple times on xbox phone and laptop i have money in bank I've updated details tried everything i just want pay surely that should be easy no error codes it just says pay a different
    way i dont have another way read somewhere xbox ban peoples bank details if so I'm moving playstation cba with hassle

    Problems purchasing games from xbox 360 and windows phone

    Recently i tried purchasing a game on windows phone just to get rejected card details but was understandable as i just changed card details so i changed them etc etc but now my new card which has enough money to purchase games etc always gets rejected and
    told to contact bank provider to see problem but they cant see any problems / errors with my card, i tried looking at my card details online to see if anything was wrong but everything is correct etc and now i cant seem to purchase anything on xbox or my phone,
    is there a solution to this problem?

    Credit card can't be added.

    I also noticed that my dad's phone is being spammed about the bank rejected the payment everytime I try adding his credit card... :|

    I’ve told them my console ID and bank details and it just keep getting rejected.

    It’s not the bank rejecting. Funds are there and bank are ok it. Microsoft keeps rejecting each time

    Debit cards are accepted. Most likely your bank is rejecting the authorization check for the card. It doesn't matter if it works everywhere else, the bank may still reject it from Xbox.
