Reinstating Microsoft Rewards Account

Hello!

I found out a while back while using Gamepass that my Microsoft Rewards account was suspended. After I contacted Microsoft Rewards support, they said it was suspended because I had multiple Microsoft accounts (or something along those lines?) with no information
on what those accounts were, how I could resolve the issue, or anything else. I'm just wondering if there was any way that I could get my Microsoft Rewards account reinstated since I no longer use any other Microsoft account now? (outside of my university
Microsoft account for school)

If not, it's not a huge deal, it's just rather annoying constantly seeing Gamepass notifications when I can't claim any rewards.
