I have got any of that lol it was overturned straight away thought and taken off my account thought i have spoken to customer support twice about it and still nothing

I had given you all the information you needed in the Discord DMs we had. I don't see why you're making a forumpost about it now, the instructions were clear and you acknowledged them.

I also mentioned in there that customer support has nothing to do with XBLPET. They can't issue suspensions or get more information about them. Nowhere did I state that this is in fact a glitch, I merely highlighted the small chance that it perhaps could be

What kind of glitch are you referring to? If you mean a suspension that was applied and subsequently overturned, you can reach out to xboxambs (at) Microsoft.com with proof of the removal of the suspension and they can begin a review.

I'm not quite sure what exactly can be done to help you with this situation but try contacting xbox support. https://support.xbox.com

Once you have been banned, there is no way to come back in the ambassador section
