    Reinstalling previously installed games


    Hi Everyone. My Xbox has randomly uninstalled all the games from my xbox and now won’t reload them. It will start to install, for example, GTA, gets to 80% then seven hours later, pauses and then starts uninstalling again. This has happened with Dying
    Light, CODMWWZ, Mirrors Edge, Rocket League, Hit Man, Need for Speed Payback, Farcry 5, Forza Horizon 4 and others. Needless to say, I am tearing my hair out! Anyone else had similar issues and if so, how did you sort it out? I’ve tried the obvious of switching
    it off and on, trying to reload one at a time but it has got to the point now where it won’t even let me resume once it has paused. Grrr!

    Any help gratefully appreciated.

    Yeah I would recommend reinstalling the game as a clean install and including Reach with it. That way it would ensure no errors since you're not adding to your previously installed version.

    You're welcome. Do you previously install the read dead online through the game pass library? I am thinking that we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game if you have installed read dead online before.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums! After you reinstalled the game did you verify to make sure that the "saved games" location was the same as when you previously installed the game?

    I just happen to have the same issue previously where all my DLCs are installed as well but then data packs then installed after performing the steps.

    As another option, you can then try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    To install a game that you have previously installed before, we reccomend that you check out the article that covers
