    Reinstalling Issue. Please help.


    Okay so a week ago I tried to launch the game "Dragon Ball FighterZ", as it just started to run the game, just before the game's loading screen, it said "You have some corrupted filles, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app". I followed the
    advice and thought nothing of it, I hit uninstall all for the game and the add ons for it. I proceeded to reinstall the game via disk, it would just start to say "installing" then the message would come up with " installation stopped". I was a bit confused,
    I thought nothing of it and hit resume. Again it came up with the same message, So I contact support, or at least tried to. Some community advisor dude said it was my game disk having the issue. So as the sale for Bandai games is up, I bought it digitally
    (note ive been meaning to for a while now so no big deal), still the same issue. Thus I am convinced this is either the Xbox servers or something else entirely. I should also note that every other update and installation and app has been able to run just fine.
    I also have 500gb of free space, incase I get that **** lol. If somebody is able to help PLEASE do. I am up to my waist with this "BS" lol.

    Hi there,

    as far as I recall Fallout 4 hasn't been free to purchase, other then offering a Free to Play weekend, which means that it was free to play during that specific weekend

    So my assumption is that you downloaded the game during such weekend, that it was free to play, but that weekend ended, which means that if you want to continue playing it then you will have to purchase it.

    Yes because i want you to uninstall the game and reinstall the game, the link was to help you reinstall the game as its a corrupt file causing the issue, please uninstall and reinstall the game.

    without doing this step we cannot narrow down the issue.
