    Reinstalling games not working


    I'm having this issue where when I try to reinstall games they only get to a certain percent download then stop and when I try to restart the download it pops up with installation stopped every time. I'm not sure why this happens and I can't contact Xbox
    support cause they don't let me request a call. so is there any way to fix this or do I need to find a way to get Microsoft support to call me? the game doing this is the evil within and some DLC for other games.

    Reinstallation not working

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once that is finished try reinstalling the game.

    I do not remeber If there is a list for the latest games player, what I'm gonna suggest You is not the best option but You can see your latest achieviments and see which games You have played

    Odd that they're not all in the Ready to Install list. You could try power cycling by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down or do a factory reset. Hopefully one of those methods will work for you.

    Another option would be to check your achievement list. That shows all games you've played (sorry, no apps). https://account.xbox.com/en-CA/Profile?gamerTag=ADAMRED94&activetab=main:mainTab2

    You could also check your previous purchases at
    https://account.microsoft.com

    Hopefully you can remember everything.
    He is not saying that doesnt have the games on Ready to Install....He wanted to know what games were installed, which is hard to know that.

    ADAMRED94 , You can always go to ready to install and starting guessing or through the recent achievements.

    If you didnt buy it digitally it wont be there, if you did redownload from the store
