Reinstalling fortnight after month of not playing. Do skins and stats disappear?

My son reinstalled fortnight 6/16 after not playing since 5/13. He's lost his skins and stats from 5/13. Is this normal after not playing for a month? If not, how does he retrieve these things?

Fortnight not loading

Since installing the new xbox update fortnight and sea of theives will not load. Ive tried restarting the console and deleting and reinstalling software with no success. Help please?

 

XBox Game Fortnight Not Showing up in Microsoft Family Reporting

I can control Xbox with my Microsoft Family Account, like set time limits. But when I get my weekly reports, my son's game times of Fortnight are not showing up. Madden game time is, but no Fortnight game time shows up. How can I fix this. His weekly game
screen time of Fortnight has been showing up on the weekly report all summer, but for the last two months no Fortnight time appears.

Skins and stats don't disapear.

Let him make sure that he is logged in on the same account as last time.

 

He says he is logged in to the XBox account he played on before, but he does not have his skins or the progress he made from before.
