    Reinstalling bundled game after hard reset


    Is it possible to reinstall a bundled game that came with my system after I have done a hard reset? Mine was a Call of Duty system and now that I have it back up and running, when I enter the game code it tells me it was already used. No kidding, it was
    me. I'm using the same profile as I did back then. Is there a trick or am I SOL?

    The game you redeemed should be in your ready to install list. Just select it and start the install. Make sure you are logged in with the account that redeemed the code.

    Alright double check on account.microsoft.com under purchases. If it's there, it will show the game, and redeemed code next to it. Then find the game in the store, and see if it lets you install it that way.

    I looked there and it isn't there. And yes, I am 100% positive this is the same account. I know because it conflicts with my MS work account at times. LOL

    Xbox one S. On startup it looks and sounds ok then freezes

    Ya try hard resetting or factory resetting the console though sadly after a factory reset you'll have to reinstall games that were on it to but hope it works
