    Reinstalling any game


    I have been trying to reinstall the MCC to my pc, and I have follow step by step a lot of the solutions offer in the Xbox support webpage.
    I thought that I was only going to have problems only with Halo the MCC, but big surprise Today I tried to install Halo Infinite the multiplayer an whenever I click on the "Install Now" button either on the Microsoft Store app or in the Xbox app in my PC it doesn't do anything, before reporting this problem at least it gave me some error codes, but now I have nothing to work with by myself.

    Please I need HELP! Anybody out there that can help me it'll be my savior.

    Hi there Marcelo welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

    I do not remeber If there is a list for the latest games player, what I'm gonna suggest You is not the best option but You can see your latest achieviments and see which games You have played

    Odd that they're not all in the Ready to Install list. You could try power cycling by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down or do a factory reset. Hopefully one of those methods will work for you.

    Another option would be to check your achievement list. That shows all games you've played (sorry, no apps). https://account.xbox.com/en-CA/Profile?gamerTag=ADAMRED94&activetab=main:mainTab2

    You could also check your previous purchases at
    https://account.microsoft.com

    Hopefully you can remember everything.
    He is not saying that doesnt have the games on Ready to Install....He wanted to know what games were installed, which is hard to know that.

    ADAMRED94 , You can always go to ready to install and starting guessing or through the recent achievements.

    I have a similar problem. I just got EA access and I was downloading battlefront because it came free. So once the download was at 99%it stopped downloading and then it disappeared from my downloads. I then went to my ready to install section and there it
    was. It was like I never tried to install it. So now I have to redownload the whole game.
