You can do this by going to your Microsoft account's order history page here: Microsoft account | Order history.

If the game is still listed there, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that resolves the issue.

If you purchased it through Microsoft I would suggest that you go to your purchase history, you this link here Order history, here you will be able to locate the
product key.

That's my problem- no product key linked through order history.
