Reinstalled windows and now I cant get into my account

So after reinstalling Windows, I can't sign in to my old account. The "new" account displays my name correctly but my Gamertag isn't the one I used before. Also, I am missing the game for which I made the account, Forza Horizon 4. And that was the only
game I had. Microsofts customer support is so great that I can't even contact a human. Could someone tell me how I contact someone working at Microsoft?

Select Billing and Account
Select "See other options"
Select Recover my Account
Select "Show contact options"
Select Request a callback from support

Give the agent your gamertag and see what options they have in helping you recover your account. You may also check out this link for self service :

Does this mean I need to remove everything installed through the app? As I cant get the app to reinstall at the moment. Will I need to do a full reinstall of Windows?

Restarted yes. I checked for windows update. I reset the windows store. I tried to sign out of any accounts. I tried reinstalling the windows store. I reinstalled the xbox apps. I tried repairing and resetting the apps. I just cant get the xbox console
companion app to sign in, it gives me 0x405 and says Im not connected to the internet. The xbox beta app just loads the xbox symbol forever and doesnt do anything. I tried to just run a game without the app, Sea of Thieves gave me an error that my account
wasnt active and wouldnt start.

I cant sign into my account because i changed my password so my acc wouldnt get hacked and now it says you need a windows live messenger password and i dont know what it is (help)
