Reinstalled windows and now I cant get into my account

Discus and support Reinstalled windows and now I cant get into my account in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So after reinstalling Windows, I can't sign in to my old account.     Reinstalled windows and now I cant get into my account


    So after reinstalling Windows, I can't sign in to my old account. The "new" account displays my name correctly but my Gamertag isn't the one I used before. Also, I am missing the game for which I made the account, Forza Horizon 4. And that was the only
    game I had. Microsofts customer support is so great that I can't even contact a human. Could someone tell me how I contact someone working at Microsoft?
