Reinstalled minecraft and now some of my saved worlds are corrupted, missing or have lost...

This might be long, sorry but quite allot has been happening and I want to make sure I don’t leave out any information that might be important .

I last played minecraft 3 days ago, I saved and quit and everything seemed fine. Then the next day, when i tried to start the game, my screen would turn black after the red mojang studio loading screen. I tried everything from restarting the Xbox, unplugging it, resetting it, signing into a different account and starting the game up on there, and nothing worked.

All of my other games were fine. No problem whatsoever.

Finally today, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. After the game reinstalled and updated, i started it up and my 3 most recently created worlds were missing, including the last one I had been playing the day before the black screen issue started. In total, I had 11 saved worlds including the three missing ones. Plus, there was another saved world I had never seen before and the name of the world was just a bunch of random letters and numbers.



When I tried to load some of the worlds, only one of them loaded.

I restarted the Xbox and the world with the weird name was gone, and my most recently created and most recently played world was back. I clicked on it and it took a few minuets to synch but it finally loaded, however i had lost all the progress I had made in it the last day I played it 3 days ago. It’s back to where I left off 4 days ago. Plus my second and third most recently created worlds (but not most recently played) worlds were still missing. So right now, it says I have 9 saved worlds even though there should be 11.

I tried re-synching my other worlds, all of them them worked except for the one that worked before. The world that was the only one to work before, no longer worked. When I tried to synch and load it, I got a pop up saying that “the world is not fully synched or has been corrupted”

I reset my Xbox again, and nothing changed, so I reinstalled the game again and still no change.

So to quickly go over everything again.

I originally had 11 saved worlds.

2 of them are now missing. They’re not my 2 most recently saved but they are 2 of my 3 most recently created.

My MOST recently created and saved world is working but has lost some progress.

One of my worlds will not synch at all even though it’s the only one that WOULD work at first when all the others wouldn’t.

It also so happens that this world, the one world that is no longer working is the one I’ve put the most time into which just makes it suck even more. Also, I’m not sure if it’s related but when trying for the nth time to get it to synch just now, it caused the game to crash and sent me back to the Xbox dashboard.

I have no idea what to do.

I’ve tried getting help from everywhere.

I contacted mojang support and the only response I got basically said “we’re sorry to hear you’re having this problem but we are unfortunately unable to help you”

I used to Xbox virtual support thing. That’s how I came to reset my Xbox and reinstall the game but ultimately, neither of those worked.

I also talked to someone directly from Microsoft and while they did everything they could to help, nothing worked.

Even though I’m sad that my most used and favourite world is no longer working, I could bring myself to accepting that it’s gone. I’ve accidentally deleted a saved world in the past and I got over that. The problem though is that I don’t know if that’s the only problem here. If i just kept playing without making any more effort to fix this, how can I know for sure that something else won’t go wrong a week from now? I’d rather try to fix the problem fully.

Sorry for how long this is. Any help would be very appreciated.
