    Reinstalled game and lost over half of puzzles and game currency


    I had to reinstall the Microsoft Jigsaw game because it wouldn't start anymore. After I reinstalled the game at least half or more of my progress was gone. I have around half the game currency I had before and over half the puzzles I had bought and completed
    are gone.

    It seems like the game went back to before I bought the game in April. If possible I would like to see if the rest of my data can be retrieved somehow if it exists, I assumed it all was supposed to be saved on my account and that's why I thought I could
    safely reinstall.

    I put a lot of time and effort into this game and it's really disheartening to lose so much of my progress, if anyone can help me out on this it would be much appreciated, thanks.

    1. Had bought all puzzles and had more than 800.000 gold.

    2. Could not download rivers puzzle

    3. Reinstalled the game

    4. Could download the puzzles but had to buy again a lot of the other puzzles i had already bought before.

    Resuming: Lost a lot of gold in order to buy again puzzles already bought. Pelease check account and refund.

    game locking up. reinstalled and lost all my puzzles. I am a premium player

    game was locking up. when I reinstalled I lost all my puzzles. I am a premium member and now I have ads. I want my stuff back. Not very happy!

    Thanks. I did uninstall and reinstall, but I had lost all my purchases; the backgrounds are few and awful; and the puzzle was too small to enjoy.

    When are you going to put more puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw?

    You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

    There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

    Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?

    Hard reset did nothing.

    I had my friend check and he see's my gamerscore lower as well.
