    Reinstall of Windows 10 lost my puzzle packs and unused points


    I gather this is a waste of time since MS doesn't seem to answer any questions here, but...

    MS tech spt reinstalled Windows 10 on my machine. I reinstalled Jigsaw, but all my point and puzzle packs are gone. Surely the info is still on their servers - how do I resync?

    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle

    I have the same problem. When I first got Windows 10, I had no problems downloading any of the puzzles. I had to reinstall Windows 10 about 2 months ago, and since then, I have not been able to download any of the puzzles (99.5% of which I had already purchased
    with points). When I try to download any of the puzzles, it crashes.

    Game Crashes After Each Puzzle Is Completed

    The post title says it all. I'm running Windows 10. Jigsaw game closes after each puzzle is completed. I have to reopen the app and work my way back to the group of puzzles I'm working on. I don't think the game syncs with the cloud because when I had to
    reinstall Windows in November I had completed all the puzzle packs but one. I had redo most of them. Today the game won't open puzzles. The app opens but when I try to open a particular puzzle, the app closes. Why have an app that's not being supported? Put
    us out of our misery by just pulling it from the selections.

    MS Jigsaw history GONE!!!

    I have exactly the same problem: all my downloaded puzzle packs and all my points (something like 60 or 80K!) are gone after MS Tech Spt reinstalled Windows on my machine. Isn't one of the advantages of the could that you are not supposed to lose things
    like this?

    Puzzles will not download

    Thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling might help. Nope. Now, the puzzles I did have are gone and will also not download.

    Also, just noticed that the Daily Challenges are not downloading either.

    A real pity as I was really enjoying this puzzle game.

    I can only hope that someone is looking at our concerns.
    My problem is the same too. Nothing new puzzle download, nor daily challenges download. Daily challengy is downloding permamently as cca. 10 %. End in this point is stopping. Finally is closing the game window.

    Jigsaw Jammer not loading

    Fixed this problem by upgrading my PC to Build 14393 of Windows 10. Was able to play - download - the previous 2 days Jammers that didn't work before. Up to day on this. Now on to other issues - lost all my regular puzzles I downloaded and completed...???
