    I have had to reinstall bingo, it gives me new gammer tag and starts me back at level one, My account page at Xbox shows my old gammer tag and all my acheivements. How do I get my old game back.

    Games won't reinstall

    Half of the games on my external hard drive suddenly disappeared and when I tried to reinstall one of them (Battlefield 1) it goes straight to, installation stopped at the queue. I have done everything I could think of to make it work (reset, hard reset,
    cleared the cache, checked xbox online status, disconnected from wifi and reconnected, cancelled and restarted installation) and nothing has happened. I am also sure that my hard drive still works because there are still games on it that work but any of the
    ones that disappeared can not be re-downloaded. Once when I tried to restart the download it said the game was corrupted an I followed every step on the xbox helpdesk but it hasn't fixed anything.

    Any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Game reinstalls every update

    We appreciate your response. Based on your answers, there may be a problem with your console's operating system that is preventing the game from playing properly. To resolve your concern, you can reset your console’s OS without deleting your games or apps.

    To reset your console without losing your game data, follow these steps:

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console.
    7. On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

    Be sure you don’t select Reset and remove everything at this point. This option resets the console to factory settings, and all user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all games and apps will be deleted. You
    should only use this option as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.

    If the console reset is successful, you may be prompted to repeat some general console set-up steps before you are returned to the Home screen.

    I do not remeber If there is a list for the latest games player, what I'm gonna suggest You is not the best option but You can see your latest achieviments and see which games You have played

    Odd that they're not all in the Ready to Install list. You could try power cycling by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down or do a factory reset. Hopefully one of those methods will work for you.

    Another option would be to check your achievement list. That shows all games you've played (sorry, no apps). https://account.xbox.com/en-CA/Profile?gamerTag=ADAMRED94&activetab=main:mainTab2

    You could also check your previous purchases at
    https://account.microsoft.com

    Hopefully you can remember everything.
    He is not saying that doesnt have the games on Ready to Install....He wanted to know what games were installed, which is hard to know that.

    ADAMRED94 , You can always go to ready to install and starting guessing or through the recent achievements.

    I have a similar problem. I just got EA access and I was downloading battlefront because it came free. So once the download was at 99%it stopped downloading and then it disappeared from my downloads. I then went to my ready to install section and there it
