Reinstall game error 0x87e000064

Had to uninstall game to clear up some space and now cannot reinstall Far Cry 4

Gets to about 31% and error 0x87000064 disc dirty error

Disc is immaculate

Have had this problem before with uninstalling and reinstalling Destiny and had to buy the game again for it to work.

Don't want to buy Far Cry 4 again but how do I fix this error?

P.S. I get the feeling this is some form of copy protection error as the disc installs fine on another xboxone.

PSA Regarding all digital copies of Fallout 4

If you preloaded your digital copy before 10/27 you need to delete it and reinstall it. They originally used a stub file but due to an unforseen error they can't replace the file automatically. If you decide not to delete and reinstall you'll be forced to do so when the game launches.

I am having a similar problem. Recently my graphics card drivers stopped working and would not allow me to re-install so I had to wipe my harddrive and re-install Windows 8 on it. I lost everything that wasn't backed up and now it is telling me that I
have to Buy Halo: Spartan Assault again. I even have the emails from paypal telling me that I bought it. I don't want to pay again

Customer support couldn’t do anything because they can’t see it in my order history. It is sad that they dont fix this even though there are youtube videos about this bug from 2018. I am sad

It was a console bundle, including forza horizon 4 and forza motorsport 7 (digital download codes). I can see the motorsport in the order history, but horizon isn't there.

Thank you for the update. The only bundle I could find with a search with both games is an

Xbox One X bundle sold at certain retailers. Either way, if this is the bundle you received FH4 had a redeemable code. Do you by any chance still have this code to try redeeming it? That's odd you see one and not the other, but I do think it could be related
to FH4 being on the Game Pass and FM7 is not on the Game Pass. Once the subscription expired, a possible bug occured with the digital license of FH4.

If FH4 is not in your order history or your games list from the other link I posted above, then I recommend contacting Xbox customer support to further assist you while looking over your account with you to figure out the date of redemption and what game
entitlements they see on your account since we cannot do that on the forums.
