Reinstall a game disc

If you own both of these games on disc, why not just uninstall the game and then reinstall with the discs?

That's not good. If it's a digital version please try deleting then reinstalling the game.

If it's a disc version you can either try deleting then reinstalling the game or returning the disc for an exchange if the issue persists.

same here. Uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled. Have the game on disc, thought it was a disc issue, bought the digital version, uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled. Still doesn't work. Blizzard says it's a Microsoft issue. Microsoft
says it's a Blizzard issue.

Is it a digital download or disc your installing try deleting game clean disc and reinstall check for damage on disc

if it is digital delete and reinstall if its disc delete clean disc reinstall
