    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Last week, Friday after playing the BF Hardline Beta, I decided to get my BF4 account going again. Good game, and I like the theathre more suitable than Hardline. Since I allready own BF4 for the 360 I decided to check for the premium game.

    After buying the Premium version, I noticed that I had bought it for the ONE, instead of the 360 € 50,- spend, Mistakes were made so I got online on the PC and contacted EA Games and Xbox Support (chat). After speaking with both parties, I got the cash which
    I had spend reimbursed to my account.

    The fact I was queuing for EA Games chat support, I decided to ask what to do in order to get my 360 version working for the ONE as well.

    I was told to buy the Premium Package, for the 360. And buy the upgrade for an aditional €10,-. So I got my 360 out, and did as I was told.

    Checked BF4 Premium on my 360, all works fine and dandy. Logging back on the ONE though, nothing happened. I have been looking for sites to get the upgrade.

    Initially checked the Dutch webpage, but couldnt find out how it worked. Scrolling down to FAQ and getting on the English site, the banner includes medium/small lettering saying LIMITED TIME OFFER.

    So basically, I got the 360 game upgraded to premium. But nothing works for the ONE.

    Thinking about another way of getting the game on the ONE. I was thinking, let's just try to get the money reimbursted again, add another €20,- and just get the BF4 Premium Edition. So I contacted Xbox Support, and I was told that the getting the funds reimbursed
    was no longer possible. This is because evidentely a customer is only allowed a reimbursement once, and is then locked by the system.

    Over and over again, a whole week I have had contact with atleast 6-7 people! Of which two Indian, some Americans and a Brit, also called the EA Games support in the Netherlands. All who I have been speaking to, could not help me a slightest bit.

    After another weekend of waiting for replies on mails, and reactions on the Dutch Support forums.

    I allready lost my patience last Monday/Tuesday, get annoyed at the end of the week, and honestly I am just fed up right now...

    I want my MONEY back!

    Yes, I must admit I did make 1 mistake, purchasing the wrong version. But after being told by an EA Games emloyee and the Dutch Site seeming legit on what he was talking about. It seems none of it was!

    The Dutch webpage is missleading and now I cant get my cash back to buy the BF4 Premium Edition.

    Honestly speaking, a 1x refund of money spent is REDICULOUS! The saying "Three times the charm" or in Dutch even "Drie maal is scheepsrecht" is the first thing I came up with. The system only gives a 1 time opportunity to rectify a purchase. Seeing the Second
    was me being influenced by missleading information from both the WebPage as the Customer Support I don't feel I made the second mistake buying the wrong game.

    Now my purchase is frozen, with which I cant do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with it, except on the 360, which I honestly rather throw out of my bedroom window, than turn it on ! The only solution would be to get BF4 for the ONE, which would mean an additional € 30,
    - has to be spend.

    That would mean that I have a total of € 80,- for a game that is at the end of it's Product Life Cycle!!!! If I had known this from the get go, I would have bought a game like Dying Light or whatever.....!

    Currently I'm really a bit disheartened by the whole process. No one takes responsibility for the communicated flaws, I haven't even had a conversation with a supervisor, or someon with any form of authority.

    I just feel like a ball in a dodgeball match going from EA Games> Xbox Support Xbox Support ::::> EA Games. ETC ETC ETC!

    Quite frankly I am very disappointed. In fact I expected a lot more from the customer support from a company like Microsoft. Also EA really has bummed me out, been a dedicated gamer of it's branches games, Both on the Xbox (all generations), and the PC,
    I ownat least 15-20 Games! Over a time period of about, 15 years?!

    So now there's €50,- spend, I might as well have dontated that money to an African family, atleast they would have had a Month of food and luxury.

    Besides the fact that we as customers always pay a monthly fee for the XboxLive-GOLD services. For years I thought spending this constant amount of subscribtion fees, would have helped me out as soon as I needed XBOX Support. But they only thing I truly
    feel is greed.

    This being one of my arguements to friends/people considering to buy either the PS or Xbox. I would have said "U should go for the Xbox, I'd bet their customers service is hell of a lot better than PS's, since they only briefly started asking a fee for using
    PS online". Also "Hacking ain't an issue on Xbox Live, you pay for it, *** is protected. PS sucks, getting hacked and servers being down for weeks at a time".

    Never again will I tell anyone the above mentioned. Perhaps I might consider it, if there are is actually a shred of human decency and I get my €49,99 reimbursed.

    Hopefully anyone can help me out with ideas, preferably SOLUTIONS!

    So Should MS reach out and thank Finest Squad?

    MS does give reimbursement. I got reimbursed for 3 or 4 days shortly after TItanfalls Release when Xbox live was only really down for a few hours

    Find it [Mod Removed] you cant buy a xboxone kinnect anywhere from microsoft!!!! as can be stolen or lost not happy micosoft!!!!!

    If you filed SN in there services file. They can track the KINECT itself when someone gose online. And when gose bad. You get a replacement at some cost. I do not know about the lost part thought.

    Yeah, that was what I thought before typing this here message. I will contact the Dutch customer service yet another time today.

    Atleast people that did read this thread, will have been warned and think twice for making sure to buy anything digital. They truly are bureacrats who will do anything to make you feel as if they are trying, whilst they actually aren't doing anything.

    So be warned, anyone who reads this!Reimbursing Funds Part: (I lost track:/ )... :)

    And try to buy your content physically! Especially games!

    Still, I am hoping to get this problem resolved. So I'll just keep this post where it sits, hoping someone will stumble upon it. Like Chuck Norris, or w/e Reimbursing Funds Part: (I lost track:/ )... :).

    Thanks for the advice! The issue was resolved in about 5 minutes, and they reimbursed me for my 5 days of lost gold.
