If you purchased Destiny for the 360 you can download it for free on the Xbox One.

However, you can check commerce.microsoft.com to see what was purchased on your account. Any billing questions must go through phone support though as only they can deal with those issues.

Doesn't matter how many complaints are filed against you,all complaints are thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.You only get banned if you have done something wrong.

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so they won't be able to help.

Once an account is perma banned your forfeit any live,downloaded items etc. as it tells you in the Code of Conduct so no,you will not be reimbursed for your one year sub.

Sorry to hear about the delay, however, please note that once Xbox approved your request, it may take 3-5 business days to reflect back to your account and there's no way to expedite the process thus, it may take longer as it usually depends on your bank's policy. I would suggest reaching out to your bank and letting them know that you were expecting a refund so that way, they may be able to trace this for you and notify you once the refunded amount is ready.

I believe all digital sales are finally (typically) but in rare cases I suppose they might make an exception although if the purchase was made 3 months ago it may be a tough sell. Please contact customer service for further assistance, they would be happy
