    [Mod Removed] Xbox live id's down....this is a Microsoft product, right? C'mon, even they have to admit this is way too frequent for aservice I HAVE to pay for

    yeah i been playing it.. its alright. i hope they fix the bad lagg sometimes when you hitting enemies. it will lag bad and you do no damage a few moments later they port over the the other size of the room or if your at a boss your pretty much dead at higher

    When you created an account you agreed upon accepting the Terms of Use.



    Terms of use

    This basicly says that Microsoft does not need to compensate you for their servers being down yesterday for 2 hours. I know that it's an inconvenience when they're down but since you accepted the TOU there's nothing really you can do about it.

    Also it wasn't that bad of an outage just 2 hours

    In my honest opinion: Society has taken a large slide backwards. Asking for free things every time something goes down is rather insane. I'm not sure why people feel the need to think that they are entitled to free months/refunds every time live goes down.
    Xbox is a large company and things do happen. Considering the rate for "downed" servers between the companies I'd stay Xbox any day.

    I'm not sure how you can be on edge because a game server is down. Surely there is homework or something that can be accomplished while the servers are down? I'm not sure how you thought using profanity and demanding free things was going to get you very
    far. Most games do after all have the single player option as well. Actually I don't know any game that is strictly multiplayer.

    Patience is a virtue. I understand PERFECTLY how awesome it is to get home from a day of work and just want to kick back and play Xbox. If it's down, so be it. There are other hobbies that can occupy my time until my live is back up. Or
    again, I'll single player it until live comes back online.

    Also what Feared stated - when you signed up, you clicked "I agree" to the terms of use before your account was even created. So Xbox is not entitled to give you free things. They do actually have great giveaways occasionally.

    If you purchased Destiny for the 360 you can download it for free on the Xbox One.

    However, you can check commerce.microsoft.com to see what was purchased on your account. Any billing questions must go through phone support though as only they can deal with those issues.

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    Doesn't matter how many complaints are filed against you,all complaints are thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.You only get banned if you have done something wrong.

    Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so they won't be able to help.

    Once an account is perma banned your forfeit any live,downloaded items etc. as it tells you in the Code of Conduct so no,you will not be reimbursed for your one year sub.
