    Reimbursement for terrible service


    Xbox service is down AGAIN (April 24, 2016). It seems like every Sunday with time off ready to play with my friends and Xbox dumps again. I think they need to send something to their loyal subscribers for the embarrassment that is their servers. What does
    the community think?

    This is ridiculous, and I want reimbursement for the last 2 weeks of not having service.

    USB update won't work. Download won't work, network settings won't work.

    This is terrible.

    I found this on the terms of use of agreements that we all had to accept in order to play online

    "We strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and Microsoft isn't liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. You should regularly backup the content that you store
    on the Services. Having a regular backup plan and following it can help you prevent loss of your content." Published Web Posted: August 2015;

    Certainly doesn't help with the frustrations but is nice to know that they let us know immediately upfront that these incidents can occur

    Maybe for you its been two days but for myself I have rarely been able yo sign in for almost a week.on the rare occasions I am able to connect to Xbox live I am unable open my friends list without it instantly freezing for at least 5 mins with no ability
    to anything. Therefore I am unable to connect with any of the people I typically game with. Beyond that every app game or page I attempt to load will take without exaggerating at least 10 times the usual load time, when I actually am able to access anything
    I have been getting disconnected within a half an hour, at that point I get to start the whole process of signing in over and over. So you may think you witty because you can do math but you obviously know nothing about corporate responsibility and consumer
    compensation.

    But hey way to come to the defense of one of the largest corporations in the world, you're right they shouldn't feel any responsibility for charging users for the lack of developing testing and ultimately selling product that they know to be defective by
    their own admission. Then after days of frustration they finally place a notice online basically stating that they know there's a problem but gives no time for repairs.

    If only more companies operated like this maybe people like you would get a clue. Probably not, you would have to be pretty thick headed to even post your comment. But trolls like you are typical in online forums, always there to make inflammatory comments
    regardless of their lack of intelligence.

    Anyone with anything between their ears knows that's not how it works. A Friday night is far more valuable than a Tuesday morning. Like easily 10-100x more valuable. I couldn't give a *** honestly if XBOX was down 90% of the time as long as it stays up in
    primetime. Only scrubs use their xbox 24/7.
