    I would like to ask if I can get a refund for the purchase of a random game? Unfortunately, today my son inattentive bought a game I did not want to buy. I do not know where I can send a refund request. The game was purchased from the Microsoft store and has
    not even been installed. I will be grateful for the information.

    After buying the Porsche pack for Forza Horizon 3 and closing the game.. I get the 0x87e107e3 error.

    I am unable to run any apps or games after purchasing the Porsche Pack for Forza Horizon 3. Help resolving issue this would be much appreciated. Thanks!~ Reimbursement after purchasing the game. :)

    *For the troubles many are experiencing, a reimbursement of some sort would be much appreciated as well if possible.*

    Only a suggestion as this was rather sudden and has many individuals on a global scale frustrated.

    MS does give reimbursement. I got reimbursed for 3 or 4 days shortly after TItanfalls Release when Xbox live was only really down for a few hours

    Hi, I'm sorry to tell you that the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale are pretty clear - there are no refunds on digital purchases. You are free to contact
    Xbox Live Support and ask, but I would not get your hopes up.

    Microsoft Services Agreement, effective May 1, 2018, Item 9, section g.

    Microsoft Account Support, "Most apps, games, movies, TV shows, and books purchased in the Microsoft
    Store on Windows 10 or Xbox One are non-refundable unless the offer or applicable law states that you’re eligible for a refund."

    Again, I would still try Support. There is nothing to be lost in trying; the worst they can say is what is known - it cannot be refunded.

    Hello!

    You may be able to request a refund, as long as you meet the criteria such as it was purchased in the last 14 days and played less than 2 hours. If there's an option for "Request Refund" under the section for the game in question.

    Sign in to your Microsoft account

    If you're unable to request one there, you can also submit a request through this form. Keep in mind though that depending on several things they may or may not approve the refund.

    As you can see, there appears to be some conflict here, which may indeed help you. Microsoft is heading in the right direction with permitting refunds on accidental purchases (or even buyer's remorse), but it's not completely clear if they have reached that
    point yet.

    request a call back
    from one of our Xbox agents and they can look into processing a refund if you are still eligible. Try that and let us know how it goes!
