"Reign of You" Page Not Working

Discus and support "Reign of You" Page Not Working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Even when I sign in it still only displays the community stats and generic emblem.     "Reign of You" Page Not Working


    Even when I sign in it still only displays the community stats and generic emblem. Tried on lots of different browsers and devices, never shows my stats. Anyone have a solution?

    Bungie were working on the servers yesterday, it seems they are preparing to hand over the reigns to the other studio.

    Didnt recieve my custom crest.

    I pulled up "the reign of you" page to see and recieve my customized crest, and after logging in was met with the default page. My account information will not load, nor will my crest. I have loaded the page on my xbox, phone, and computer using google chrome
    and internet explorer. Id really love to see my information and keep my crest, and was directed here by one of the chat support members. Please help.

    [/quote]If it is Reign of Thunder that i saw that's ok,because Microsoft worked with them on Mechassault,and the Mechassault series payed off for Day 1 Studios,so it wouldn't be hard to believe that Reign of Thunder would come to the 360 or 720.My case for
    getting the new game is weak,but cross your fingers,it could easily happen.

    Problem with billing account

    Your account may be locked by the xbox system. If it see suspicious activity or incorrect reign or billing address on an xbox account it can locked your billing account. Now in a normal situation you would just call xbox support, verify your account and
    then the lock could be removed after a few days. Now if your not in a reign supported by xbox live you are always going to have issue's redeeming a code. I'd advise looking at the reign on your xbox live account and then contacting customer support for that
    reign, if you can confirm the account they might be able to help you, other wise the lock would remain on the account forever.
