Regular limited service

It is becoming regular to have limited service on Xbox live. Not been able to connect for 3x nights. Do I get refund for time lost?

I wanted to know how to use XBOX Live in the areas where their is limited access of internet and the wireless is only source. Their are many hotels from where i can not connect to XBOX. don't know what reason is keeping me to connect.
Please give some solution

The last two weekends I haven't been able to play online. Network test says it's fine, multiplayer connection is fine, all ports are open, i can see others online and even message them but i cannot play.

I even made a YouTube video showing the issue:



Now I haven't been able to play multi for nearly a week, 3-4 days now. It's been down about 50 % of the year for me and other Aussies i have spoken to have the same issue. Seems like the service is just buggery as heck now, unless someone can suggest something?
I've tried with static ip with ports forwarded, dynamic ip, google DNS, ISP DNS. And i don't do anything to fix it. It just works some days and not others without any change from me. Is this the new norm for X-box Live? Pretty pathetic. Tweeted Phil

Think it's time to cancel subscription and try PS4 - Not even a week has passed and now unable to connect for the 4th time. It is utter *** and find contacting m/soft as non existent.
