    I swear, I am starting to regret buying the XB1, really 6 + hours to even play a game? I have to install and update. Bought the XB1 hoping I could un box it and hop right in, i'm guessing not aye?

    it'll get easier once it's set up as all future updates will happen when the machine is in standby.

    If you are really dying to play and you have got to the point where you have signed in, disconnect your Xbox from the internet and you can play the game that you are updating offline instead.

    Well, after 8 yrs of using xbox i am very frustrated, so happy when i just get my xbox1 and now cant even transfer ghosts or thief i wouldnt even mind paying a little but full price again...really...8yrs here ...buying games...telling people xbox is better...come

    Send Eidos and Activision an email, transferring games would be an option they would have to endorse.

    Regret it.

    If you wish to install the game faster, you can shut off the network on your console and install the disc. When you are connected to Xbox Live, it will install the updates alongside the installing the disc. For many people, this takes much longer.

    That's interesting. I loved Alan Wake and have heard nothing but good things about Witcher 2.

    I slightly regret buying Oblivion for the PC to take advantage of mods. I'd already played through it on the Xbox and I've never dedicated enough time to to the PC version as maybe I should. I played heaps of Morrowind on the PC, though.

    I also regret buying Just Cause 2 for the PC, rather than the Xbox. Games like that are just designed to be played on a console, IMO

    Can't really think of any regrets on a video game, if I missed a game it most likely wasn't worth my time to bother with if I just let it go by. I don't know what i'm missing if I never actually played it to begin with. Although I never owned every console
    under the Sun & never bothered playing on PC, i'm sure I missed a lot of great titles, but I can't say I regret any of it. I've kept myself pretty entertained for over 2 decades worth of gaming.
