    Hey guys, I received an invitation to preview updates for Xbox one however I redeemed said code via my PC. Now I have no idea how to go about downloading the registration app on my Xbox One. Can anyone help with this?

    Err... I am not talking of the "registration app" but of the "dashboard preview app". That a different one.There is a menu item in this app called "registration".

    The preview registration app is no longer used its the xbox preview Dashboard app you need, can you access the preview forum or registration support.

    I used smart glass to enter the code. Long delay in loading. No idea what it is yet

    Hardknockkid go to my games and apps under apps go to the left and you should see if not there look under qeue it maybe downloading. Mr.Doyle can you back out of that loading and retry entering the registration app again.

    Manofsteel go into apps select use a code once you've done that go into my games and apps under apps scroll to the left and it should be there.

    Registration App

    Hi Hardknock,

    Easiest way to do this is to go to my account > then messages. Open the message there then grab the code you were sent and look to your left under your avatar. There's a link that says redeem code. You can paste that 25-digit code into the redeem code box
    from there. Then start or restart your xbox. Go to My Games and App and then all the way on the right of your apps it will say something like Registration app ready to install. Install the app and then wait.

    I have been on the "Loading Please wait..." screen or about 15 minutes. Is this normal? What should I do?

    If you are stuck on "Loading please wait" go to dashboard, exit the registration and try again. Worked straight away then
