Registering XboxOne failed

I'm trying to register my X1 on the site

https://myservice.xbox.com/de-DE/pages/registerdevice.aspx

But everytime it fails with (in german): Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut.

Basicly it says: There has been an error. Please try again ... tried it in Firefox and Chrome.

All fields are filled and i've no clue what's wrong. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Achievements not unlocking

An addition:

The Witcher 3 doesn't show up in the My Games on my account when I check them here:

account.xbox.com/.../XboxOne

Could that be a reason behind the achievements not popping/registering?

 

Xbox One controller Randomly dissects and reconnects during gameplay.

same here. really frustrating me. happened at 2nd xboxone yesterday. i did everything MS suggest even factory reset at 1st xboxone but failed so i got refurbished one and happening again.

I'm sorry to see that you're having trouble registering your console! You might could try contact Xbox support and have them manually register it for you. Here is the phone number where you can reach Xbox Live support: 1-800-4MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269). Alternatively,
if the line is closed or if you prefer chat support, you may reach them over chat here:
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

 

The myservice website is faulty for many people, myself included. We all get the same error message as you. Shame on microsoft for running such an amateur website.
