registering the preview program on my xbox its not working

so my brother game shared and he had the app/preview program and i downloaded it and i said u will get a service message soon i waited 2 days no message then i waited a week no message now 2 months later no message then i went to contact support and he said
i should go here he told me to delete my account and go to blue ray clear storage on blue ray and hard reset my Xbox and re download my account and see if it worked it didn't work and then he said to go to the moderators and post a thread my gamer-tag is
and he said it was not prompting me to update or download it

Xbox One Preview Program

My GT is . My account has been conformed by a member Microsoft that my account is part of the preview program. They said to request access to the preview program fourm to seek assistance in registering my Xbox One console.

To clarify are you referring to registering to the Preview Program or registering your console on the Online Service Center? If you're referring to the Preview Program it sounds like another account on your console has been enrolled and accepted the Preview
Program on your console. Did you purchase your console new or used?

Xbox One Update Preview forums and let them know the trouble you're having. You should have access If you can't visit that link please create a new thread and let us know.

 

Try uninstalling/ reinstalling the app, Also messages are removed after 30 days.
