registering product

I have the same problem. I was trying to type xxxxxxxxx, +48xxxxxxxxx, +48 xxxxxxxxx and all versions were wrong.

I posted the Problem at both websites and no answer from ether, but yes the game plays other then some freezing up once and a while.

same deal here! and my Rise of the Tomb Raider game is glitching and not playable, now i have xbox support saying its enix and enix saying its the dumb xbox one.

@BallisticInsane: The problem isn't the developer's fault, for once, it is that the developer is simply asking for proof of game purchase via the product key with no further instructions of how to obtain proof if the game was purchased online.

that being said if the games are purchased @ a store there would not be a problem.

Since the games are purchased @ the XBOX Live store we have no proof of purchase besides being able to play the game.

I am having the same issue with the same above mentioned. In the future i would guess we need not to purchase games thru Xbox live or a product key be provided.

By the big capitalization I see you might be considered frustrated. After you have Downloaded the game are you still able to play the game and save to the cloud?

Secondly, Digital Downloads are usually automatically registered to your console and live account. If you are having issues with the third party game developer website, you'll need to contact them for support. Otherwise this is not a Live issue, more of
the matter of the third party issue.

I'm sure there is a proper solution to bypass this.
