    Registering devices: what's valid phone number format?


    2 issues really:

    My Xbox one Kinect seems to keep turning off & I need to unplug it & plug it back in to get it working again.

    I went to register the Kinect against my account, to see about warranty, repairs, etc., but when trying to do so I'm told my phone number is invalid. I've tried several different formats, unsuccessfully: with/without country code (00 44; +44; no code),
    additional zeroes… nothing is working.

    Can anyone advise the expected format?

    Even more so, any advice on what's wrong with the Kinect?

    " NOT VALID PHONE NUMBER". (HUN)

    I can't register my Xbox One S console on the website. I always get an error code for every form of my phone number. It says: "not a valid phone number." I tried every form. What should I do?

    Impossible security measures!

    Athough that may have helped while we were trying to validate, my email and phone number have already been validated, my boyfriends email and phone number are being rejected, and neither can be entered again. From what I understand, his account is totally
    unusable unless we get a third phone number or make another email address, as It won't accept what we already registered as good enough.
