Registered Xbox one (X) shows as unregistered

On the page that can be found here it it says "Not registered for warranty" yet it is registered... ****?

Hello Kimboslicer,

Try signing completely out of the website. Sign back in then try and register the console again. Also you can try a different browser. When trying make sure you do so on your phone or a PC and not the console. If these don't work then you can request a call
back.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips (don't select anything here)
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

My xbox one console was previously used so there is already an account registered to it. Is there any way I can unregister the console and then register it under my account?

it is the initial app/program that you were told to download to register on the one. just open that and tell it to unregister your console.

You may also want to try unregistering your Xbox from your account, then registering it again.
