    Registered Xbox One Elite Console not showing Warranty Info on Device Screen


    Bought an Elite Console last year and registered it on xbox.com. It then showed the Warranty as 2017 (or close to that) but now when I log in the name of the console is jumbled letters/numbers and there is no warranty date. Tried removing it then adding
    it but I can't even remove it. Is this a known bug?

    Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition - OUT OF WARRANTY??

    Hi,

    My Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition is showing as 'OUT OF WARRANTY" after I registered the device. It was bought on day of release so is not yet two months old, what is going on ?

    Check for it there. Register if it isn't and it will show warranty info and expiration date. It should be 1 year from the first sign in of your Xbox profile.
