registered xbox on another account

my main account got hacked and banned and it is registered with xbox preview program and I created a new account and signed up for the program and I got accepted but when I go to use the register preview app to register my xbox it says sorry your xbox
is registered with a different profile how do I unregister my old account I cant sign into it or go one the preview forums to ask them

Hey there! I'm not seeing this account as registered to that program. Could it be another account on your console that is registered?

 

Xbox live account

Is there any chance of linking a xbox live account with another account that I'm currently using on the xbox. The account I'm using on the xbox currently is registered under a different email but when I try to switch the Microsoft account to the one I
want it says that email is currently registered to a different xbox live account ?

 

You could try unregistering the console through the registration app. In the meantime I have sent a pm to one of the support agents regarding this issue.

 

Just to keep you updated. I received a reply back from the support agent who said that they were looking into the issue for you.
