Registered Devices Not Showing

As the subject states. I've tried adding my xbox one x controllers to my registered devices list. After adding the device I receive a prompt saying I can manage the device under "my devices," yet the controllers aren't being listed.

This is especially annoying considering both controllers are faulty and need replacement.

I suspect something dodgey is going on as I've had multiple controllers including an Elite 2 needing replacing before due to faulty buttons and or stick drift.

This is extremely disappointing microsoft. I never had an issue with my xbox one x controllers. the xbox series x controllers are riddled with problems. Now i can't even have them fixed / replaced whilst under warranty. useless

So, I just tested this to see:

I registered my Series X controller.

Sure enough, it said it was registered but wasn't showing up

I then clicked "see details" on my Series X entry which took me to my Series X

I then clicked "All Devices" to take me back to the previous screen and the controller then showed up.

So, not entirely sure why it won't work for you

I tryed what was suggested, went to account devices, it show my PC, I tryed removing it , and now i cant add it again. On register device it only shows register surface or xbox, either of which i dont have, it doesnt show my Pc at all. At device manager it shows that i used my desktop, but on add devices it doesnt show that as option to add.

Sand problem for months. Didn't recognize any of our family members. My lucidity ain't seeing show the device as refused and when I try to free register it I an told that device is already registered. But under my devices it says no registered devices. Maddening!

The device might still be registered on your Microsoft devices list. Check on here

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices If it is, then un-register the device, and hopefully it should no longer show up on your list of devices to install to.

have you actually registered your Xbox?

sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ then select your Xbox.

if it then shows a blue button labelled Register Device you should click that and follow the onscreen instructions.

it should then show the correct warranty status
