What happens is that your xbox is not national, and the record you are looking at is from an xbox manufactured in Brazil. that is, the same sequence of serial numbers is used in other countries, look behind your xbox and you will see the seal where it informs where it was manufactured.

The warranty is not updated, even because the xbox that is registered in your account is not yours, but fear not, if you need repair, just show the invoice to the support in the online chat options or request a call and ask him to open repair.

Check to make sure your tag is correctly linked to the proper email you desire. You may have a hotmail email assigned to your EA profile which is what's causing the fuss. Or, perhaps you changed your email on your tag at some point, that might also be an
issue as they may see the previous one only. Just throwing out some things that might have caused the problem.

So after putting in help tickets with EA on the 2nd, I still have yet to get into Battlelog. I have been back and forth with the help desk and more than an hour on this issue without results. While most are quite happy with how it works...it does not
work for me and I wish it did. It seems silly to have to sign up to EA to get the stats that most other games can just give you with the purchase of the game. I am not an Elite member of COD, but if Battlefield wants to compete, which they do, they need
to step up to the plate a little more.
