    Hi,

    I'm working in Saudi Arabia as Expat andI plan to buy the latest Xbox Series here and bring it to my Home town in Malaysia, I noted that the nearest service centre for Xbox in South east Asia is in Singapore, so my question is, if i buy
    the console here in Saudi Arabia, is there any chance i can register the warranty to Singapore region?

    Im asking because there is no service center in Malaysia and I do not want to register for the warranty here in Saudi Arabia. I will use the console in my home at Malaysia.

    So can I register for claim warranty to Singapore region if I buy the Console here in Saudi Arabia? I really want to grab it as long I can get this confirmation.

    No, controllers have a different warranty period than console, and if your console has 1 year warranty means it's not from that region, it's for a different region

    X box one controller warranty

    Warrantys differ on your region. For instance in the USA controller warranty is 90 days yet in the UK it is 12 months from date of purchase

    Thw warranty does not depend on the region you live but in the region the console was manufacturer for, you could live in UK but if the console it's from US you have the warranty applicable for US, this also applies if you purchased in your own region but from a third party that get it from a different region

    call support



    or if you registered your console with your windows live id

    then support and click repair my console sign in and check warranty status

    make sure you change the region to the correct one



    if it says out of warranty then you will have to pay
