Register Controller

I am not able to register my controller.

The serial number contains alphabetic characters and i am only able to write numbers in there.

What can i do?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with registering your controller. As you've been unable to do so on your own via the website, I recommend that you
request a call back from or chat with Xbox Support so that they may assist you in getting it serviced.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic – warranty, service & repair
- Select - Show contact options
- Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available.

Pass the registration number to the support, I believe they will help you on.

You can use the console info instead. That's what I did.

Yeah as Parity says, they cant be registered independently of your console so keep your proof of purchase, controllers have a 90 day warranty from the date you bought it, so any issues with it you may have, you would need to return it to the place you
purchased it from for further support.
