https://devicesupport.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account. There will be an option on that page to "register a new device". Follow the instructions there, and everything will be set up. Hope that helps!

Is this Xbox One X a new console, or did you buy it pre-owned? Or do you have this console registered for a pre-release build with Xbox Insiders program?

Yes it's definitely the home console. Also checked the series x and it's not registered as the home console
